Hub Builder
① Plan ② Lock slugs ③ Build ④ Publish

Plan the hub in your own ChatGPT / Claude / Gemini (no API key), or generate with your key if set in Settings. Lock the slugs, build every piece, then publish each at its predetermined URL.

① Set up the hub

A content hub works when the topic is broad enough to support 20+ distinct entries. Too narrow? Broaden it one level (e.g. "YouTube marketing", not "YouTube SEO").

Every internal link is written as a full address under this domain, e.g. https://yoursite.com/your-slug/. Set it before locking slugs.

Applied to every piece when you build them, so the whole hub sounds like you, not generic AI.

Pulled from your offers in Settings. Pick one or type your own. Leave URL blank for no CTA.

② Plan the structure (real research, in your AI)

This drafts the categories and 20-30 entry titles with slugs. Use your own AI so the topics are current and real. You will edit everything in the next step.

③ Lock the structure & slug / URL map

Edit titles, categories and slugs until you are happy. These slugs are final: every internal link in every piece will point at these exact URLs, so the whole hub is interlinked the moment it is published.

④ Build the pieces

The grind, automated. Each piece is drafted to the same structure with the internal links already pointing at the locked URLs. Build them one at a time (keyless) or all at once with your AI key.

Saved per entry. This is what makes each page yours rather than generic.

Add my take (extra insight for this piece)

Anything you want woven into THIS piece as your own experience or opinion. Your reusable voice, credentials and case studies live in Settings and are added automatically.

"Generate missing" only builds pieces that have no content yet, so you can do a few at a time and never pay twice for the same article. "Generate this" redoes the selected one.

⑤ Publish to WordPress (at the locked slugs)

Each piece publishes at its predetermined slug, so the baked-in internal links resolve straight away. Entries go up first, then the hub homepage, then the announcement post.

🔎 Back up with real data

Web-searches for REAL, high-authority stats and rewrites the SELECTED piece with inline citations (no Wikipedia/blogs). Build the piece first.
