Download and install

Grab the extension below, then follow the quick steps to load it into Chrome and activate it. It takes about two minutes.

Download Content Hub AI (.zip) ↓

One file. Save it somewhere you will remember, like your Downloads folder.

Unzip the download

Find the content-hub-ai.zip you just downloaded and unzip it. You will get a content-hub-ai folder. Remember where it is.

Open Chrome’s extensions page

In Chrome, type chrome://extensions into the address bar and press Enter.

Turn on Developer mode

Flip the Developer mode switch on, top-right of that page.

Load the extension

Click Load unpacked, then select the content-hub-ai folder you just unzipped.

Pin it

Click the puzzle-piece icon in Chrome’s toolbar and pin Content Hub AI so it is always one click away.

Get your key and activate

Your bonus licence key is sent by email. Forward your Rank Trackr receipt to support@stephaniehayes.me and we will send your key. Then click the pinned Content Hub AI icon, paste the key into the licence box, and click Activate. It stays saved in your browser, so you only do this once.

Free route: keyless copy and paste

The tool builds the prompt for each step. Run it in your own ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini on a free account and paste the result back. Nothing is locked.

Automatic route: your own key

Open Settings and paste an API key from OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google. The key is stored in your browser and requests go straight from your browser to that provider on your own account.

From one topic to a whole interlinked hub, ready to publish, start to finish.

Set up the hub

Enter your site base URL, the broad topic, your audience, a hub name, and how many entry pages you want. Add your own categories or must-include entries to steer it, and an optional per-page call to action from your offers.

Plan the structure

Run it keyless in your own AI and paste back, or one-click with your key. You get 5 to 7 categories and 20 to 30 entries, each with a keyword and a slug.

Lock the slugs

Edit any title, category, or slug in the URL map, then lock it. These become the final, predictable URLs every internal link will point at. You can export the slug and link map as a CSV.

Build the pieces

Each entry is drafted to the same structure (intro, the basics, how-to, common mistakes) with the related-page links already pointing at the locked URLs. The hub homepage and an announcement post are built too.

Publish at the locked slugs

Publish each page at its predetermined slug, so the baked-in internal links resolve straight away. Or download and copy each piece’s HTML and publish it yourself.

Two quick tips

Get the best results

Pick a topic that can support 20 to 30 pages.

The whole point of a hub is depth. Choose a broad topic with enough real sub-topics to fill the cluster, then let the planner map the categories and entries for you.

Lock your slugs before you write a word.

Locking the URLs first is what lets the internal links get baked in ahead of publishing. Set Permalinks on your WordPress site so those clean URLs resolve, and the whole hub links up the moment it goes live.
